Groundwork works with people in their communities to make a real difference to the local environment and local quality of life. We know that making places cleaner and greener can also make them safer. We seek to harness a crucial catalyst for change: community pride.

We help people improve the appearance of their streets, parks and housing estates and encourage greater cohesion within neighbourhoods. When communities get involved in making their neighbourhood a better place to live, improvements will last.

We act as enablers within the regeneration process and as a broker between conflicting interests and opinions. We focus on many of the most disadvantaged communities and have decades of experience in making change happen.
