CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace

Health and safety measures are a necessity for both employers and employees wishing to reduce risks to the health and safety of anyone who might be affected by work activities. 

This course has been designed to provide all employees with the essential knowledge and understanding of a broad range of health and safety issues, enabling them to reduce risks to themselves and to others.  It provides an introduction to general good practice, legislation, hazards and controls available to reduce the risks of accidents and ill health at work.

          environmental effects of organisations.

·         Understand the business and community benefits of environmental
          management

·         Understand the principles and importance of environmental legislation and
          the authorities responsible for its enforcement.
